Engine MechanicResponsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and inventory engine parts.
- Install parts to upgrade engines.
- Perform detailed measurements using a borescope.
- Disassemble and assemble engines and sub-assemblies.
- Carry out maintenance, inspections, repairs, and services on engines.
- Interpret technical drawings and work from maintenance manuals and operation procedures.
- Use measuring instruments to check dimensions.
- Communicate effectively with managers, field representatives, and airline mechanics.
- Complete, update, and maintain records of all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA or other regulatory agency procedures.
- Resolve customer in-service issues and understand customer engine maintenance and repair preferences.
- Develop internal service center procedures to align with FAA and other regulatory agency requirements.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience with GTF (gear turbo fan) engines, V2500, and PW4000 or other commercial engines.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Effective communication skills to interact with managers, field representatives, and mechanics.
- Ability to complete and maintain records in compliance with FAA procedures.
- Capability to resolve customer issues and develop service center procedures.
- Airframe & Powerplant license required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or associate’s degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with PLI (Post Lease Inspections).
- Familiarity with borescope procedures and equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00
