NTS is searching for a F-16 Aircraft Technician Crew Chief in Mesa, AZ.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have F-16 Aircraft maintenance experience.
- Must have Level 7 F-16 Aircraft or equivalent hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- A&P License is Preferred but not Required.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of airframe, engine, and pneudraulics systems.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications, interpret, follow, and comprehend schematic diagrams, drawings, charts, and technical publications.
Job Details:
Performs aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, servicing, launch and recovery, inspections, and corrosion control on F-16 aircraft.
- Operates ground support equipment and flight line vehicles.
- Supervises/assists with aircraft movement.
- Performs tasks with minimum supervision.
- Works for the F-16 Lead Crew Chief Mechanic.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of airframe, engine, and pneudraulics systems.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications-read, interpret, follow, and comprehend schematic diagrams, drawings, charts, and technical publications.
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of flight line operations, i.e. aircraft/vehicle movement and safety/hazards.
- Must have in-depth working knowledge of aircraft safety directives.
- Knowledge of the use of hand and special tools, and testers is required.
- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be willing to train to other aircraft maintenance tasks as required
- Must work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

- Applicants selected may be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to be cleared for and to gain access to applicable classified information.
- Domestic and International Travel will be required.
