Description:The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a seven year Single Award ID/IQ contract for maintenance, sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at 422 sites worldwide. The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. PEO STRI’s published vision for ATMP is integrated, one-stop, world-wide maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR) TADSS.
Repairs electronics in the AH-64D Long Bow Crew Trainer (LCT), UH60A/L BHFS. UH60M Blackhawk Trainer (BAT) CH-47 TFPS, AVCATT. Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers manuals or similar documents.
• Uses spare/repair parts to repair faults IAW technical guidelines.
• Perform PMCS troubleshoots and isolate faults
• Assures Deficiency Reports (DRs) are worked in order of priority.
• Assembles and maintains training device sub-systems
• Generate and address any discrepancies observed during working hours. When required; breakdown, prepare, and pack device for movement
• Clean training devices, computer rooms, hydraulic rooms, and surrounding areas, as required.
• Monitors and tracks the repair status of inoperative equipment and documents maintenance activities utilizing the logistics management data base system. Documenting maintenance activities includes but is not limited to: work order generation and updates, repair action documentation, issuing, returning, and adjusting inventory, insuring inventory records are up to date and accurate, and other material control duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to gain access to military installation
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Ability to read and interpret complicated drawings or schematics diagrams, apply handbook formulas, and utilize information obtained from technical manuals
• Must be able to stoop bend, lift and carry up to 50lb.
• Must be able to climb stairs
• Must have the ability to crawl through limited access spaces as part of periodic services, inspections, maintenance, and engineering changes
• Based on the needs of our training customer must be willing to travel to various locations, and work weekends
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills:
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent related training, maintenance, and operations of flight simulators.
• Experience with aviation and simulation systems
• Proven hardware and software support experience in a training/modeling and simulation environment
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and operation of test equipment, including O scopes, frequency counters, volt/ohm meters and range calibration set preferred.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
