Position Overview:
Argon ST, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to join our Argon Field Support and Training Team in Fort Gordon, GA. Our team focuses on providing support for company products on the US Army customer’s Airborne platforms.
The Lead Triton Field Service Representative will be a part of a high-performing team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity lead the technical field support of company products. This role includes troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems coverage. Resolving maintenance and operational issues. Interpreting technical documents and monitoring product performance. Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures and developing and conducting ad hoc training. This position will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services
Position Responsibilities:
- Resolves maintenance and operational issues.
- Monitors product performance and makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues.
- Analyzes technical data and evaluates maintenance procedures.
- Develops and conducts ad hoc training components.
- Support maintenance personnel with troubleshooting of autonomous aircraft systems and
- Must be able to read schematics and drawings and operate test equipment to include signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers and multimeters.
- Provide field service representation and technical support to the customer and initiate corrective
- Utilize multi-discipline, technical expertise, and company knowledge to assist the customer to achieve and sustain a high level of proficiency in the operational and maintenance field.
- Understand customer expectations and assist the customer in interpreting and using support data and documents.
- Work unsupervised for extended periods of time in a wide variety of environments
- Develop excellent relationships across multiple organizations and with all levels of the military customer to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Fort Gordon, GA.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Ability to obtain Polygraph examination.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years Signal Intelligence systems operator and maintenance experience
Requires the ability to work independently in a demanding, on-call, 24 hour per day operational environment.
Must be willing to work any shift, weekends, or on call as required.
Requires proficiency working in a multi-disciplined environment
Must be willing to travel to other US and foreign operating locations to assist with the customers mission and maintenance demand as well as the recovery of disabled aircraft.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Must be proficient in reading schematics, drawings and use SIGINT support and test equipment.
Proficiency in use and trouble-shooting of radio frequency (RF) distribution systems, amplifiers, and digitizers.
Proficiency in LINUX, RHEL 8.x command line interface to include networking configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience in trouble-shooting of ethernet and RS-232 connectivity issues.
Experience in radio communications monitoring.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).
