Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is recruiting for a potential Lead Field Service Representative / Tower Technician position to be awarded in October 2024 concerning a US Navy - Regional Multi-domain Awareness Capability (RMAC) program.
The Lead Field Service Representative / Tower Technician will organize & lead RMAC deployments and have responsibility for oversight of purchasing, building, testing, deploying and supporting RMAC systems globally.
This is an “on call” Deployed position – as contract needs evolve concerning the RMAC Program.
Expect 2-3 week deployments at a time
Expect to deploy approximately 10 times
This position will be salaried and pay will NOT depend on how many deployments are made.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Lead installation efforts to include personnel, scheduling, and estimation.
- Plan and execute overseas deployments for MDA systems to include materials procurement, testing, shipping, site preparation, installation, testing, and training.
- Specifying and installing domain awareness centers to include power, communications, facilities, data centers, and sensor systems.
- Specifying and installing towers and sensors to include foundations, erection, rigging, grounding, and sensor deployment.

- Degree and experience must be in engineering, computer science or other technical field.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
