Tasks
Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform and certify maintenance tasks with an EASA Cat A license
- Ensure compliance with technical documentation, IQmove, and EASA standards
- Supervise MM1-int and MM-int qualified mechanics
- Manage operations and execute maintenance tasks as assigned by higher-qualified personnel
- Maintain accurate records and update the technical library as required
- Carry out operational and administrative duties supporting aircraft maintenance
- Ensure all work is recorded in the Practical Logbook and adheres to authorizations in staff records
* All other duties assigned / delegated by the TM

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- A-level education and several years of relevant work experience
- Completed training as a technical worker in aviation or related fields; equivalent qualifications accepted for overseas stations
- EASA Part-66 AML A Category with Turbine-Engines (A1) and EASA Part 145 Assessment
- Fluent English; knowledge of German desirable
- Structured, self-driven, and capable of working under physical and mental stress
- Strong communication, instructional, and motivational skills
- High responsibility, social competence, and ability to enforce instructions
- Valid driving license and passport
- Ability to work shifts
- Psychological aptitude test may be required
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
