Fine Print

• Ability to work within a team-oriented, high-paced work environment (essential requirement)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a cross-functional team environment (essential requirement)
• Must be detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills (essential requirement)
• Expertise in applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), General Operation Manuals, and MELs (essential requirement)
• Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturers Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc. (essential requirement)
• Must be proficient in spreadsheet, word documents and other office software (essential requirement)
• 5 Year industry experience (aircraft maintenance/technical operations) with a Part 121 or 135 operator (essential requirement)
• Ability to work 10 or 12 hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays (essential requirement)
• Ability to travel on occasion if required (essential requirement)
• Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting (essential requirement)
• Ability to occasionally lift 5-20 pounds (essential requirement)

Pay & Perks

Compensation range $98,838.00 - $108,838. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
