Our worldwide client base and expanding target market include Fortune 500 flight departments, aircraft management companies, private owners/operators of business jets, FBOs, and commercial drone operators.
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the development of manuals and other documentation for business aviation operators.
- Ensure manual content is in accordance with an in-house style guide, applicable regulations, manufacturer guidance, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Maintain awareness of new regulatory and industry best practice changes and develop new content to support updates.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries.
- Research emerging topics and issues affecting business aviation and concisely communicate the impact on our client base.
- Communicate effectively and confidently and provide support to operators worldwide.
- Maintain and build relationships with aviation regulatory authorities (FAA, DCA, CAA, etc.).
- Respond to aviation authority feedback.
- Assist with the development of operations and maintenance procedures, as needed.
- Review written materials for style, grammar, accuracy, and formatting.
- Print, assemble, pack, and ship hard copies of manuals to customers.
- In collaboration with the team, develop and implement process improvements.
- Periodically provide input and content for company marketing and sales initiatives.
- Support the team in various tasks and projects, as requested.
- Create and update records in the customer relationship management system (SugarCRM).
- Clearly convey the features and benefits of our services to prospective customers, and coordinate with sales staff as needed.
