Responsibilities:

• Assist with disassembly and reassembly of aerospace system components to correct failures or implement design changes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults and support repairs.
• Support repair, modification, and assembly of AH-64 mechanical components.
• Conduct validation and verification testing of systems and components.
• Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to engineering specifications.
• Assist with safe handling and movement of aircraft systems (e.g., jacking, towing, system operations).
• Follow all safety protocols including torque application, safety wiring, and sealant usage.
• Maintain compliance with work instructions and operate under supervision.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation maintenance, mechanical assembly, or similar technical field preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions in English.
• Ability to obtain certifications in Torque, Safetying Practices, Mixing, and Sealants.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
