The Quality Control Managers role with my client involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the maintenance and inspection of aircraft. This position is critical in maintaining the integrity of the Part 135 operations and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the completion of records, work order report, and forms, ensuring that no defective or unserviceable parts are installed in any components released by the operator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform inspections and audits as required.
- Review Airworthiness Directives for applicability and compliance.
- Ensure tasks are accomplished following approved manufacturer’s instructions and approved tech data.
- Ensure that all incoming parts and materials pass company inspection criteria.
- Administer RII (Line Maintenance Authorization) training and perform RII inspections as required.
- Monitor all aircraft maintenance records and forms to ensure proper completion of entries.
