Job Title: All Shifts - Quality Inspector - $26 to $28/HRJob Description
We are seeking a Quality Inspector for a 3rd party Aerospace Inspection company providing services in Blue Ash, OH. In this role, you will use visual comparators to inspect final products, which are various sealant rings for piston aircraft. The position involves light product handling (less than 1 lb.), with occasional lifting of boxes up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect final products using visual comparators.
- Utilize various tools including calipers, hardness testers, height gauges, test indicators, micrometers, optical comparators, pin gauges, and ring gauges.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
- Perform final inspections and quality checks on aircraft components.
- Collaborate with a team of quality inspectors to maintain high standards.
Essential Skills- Experience in manufacturing quality control.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Hands-on experience with calipers.
- Visual inspection skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience in aircraft inspection and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience with micrometers and other measurement tools.

Work Environment
This is a small manufacturing facility with a team of four quality inspectors. The role offers a 40-hour work week with shifts available during the day (7:00 am to 3:30 pm), afternoon (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), and night (11:00 pm to 7:00 am). This is a 3-month contract position.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
