Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to work with our Aerocontrollex Mechanical Actuator Line. This role will occasionally assist in receiving inspection. The ideal candidate will utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements. You will read blueprints and interpret source requirements, conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities in products, document inspection results, and maintain detailed records of quality control activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions, and assist in the development and implementation of quality management processes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements
- Read blueprints and interpret source requirements
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities in products
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management processes
Essential Skills- 3+ years quality inspection in a regulated industry
- Blueprint reading experience
- Experience with Micrometers and Calipers
Additional Skills & Qualifications- CMM experience is a plus
- Experience with various gauges
- Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance practices
Why Work Here?Our company offers a flexible start time between 5:30 am and 7:00 am and requires only 50 of posted overtime, typically amounting to 52-hour weeks. We provide 3 weeks of PTO, increasing to 4 weeks after 2 years, along with 13 paid holidays. Our work culture is driven by self-motivated individuals and lacks micromanagement. Work Environment
You will be working in a clean, FAA-controlled environment alongside approximately 100 people in our production facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
