Quality Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector responsible for conducting both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established criteria for key Boeing aircraft components, including the fuselage of the 737 and 787. This role requires onsite work at Daher Aero structures (formerly Triumph).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and end-of-line inspections for Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft components.
• Ensure compliance with established inspection criteria.
• Utilize inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers for precise measurement.
• Conduct visual inspections for quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve quality issues.

• 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Structures Mechanic OR
• 2 years of quality inspection experience on aircraft parts OR
• Military aircraft experience
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong visual inspection skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with aerospace standards
• Experience using calibrated inspection tools
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and processes
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Environment

You will join a team of 80 employees working across all three shifts in a 24/7 operation. Current openings are on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri; 2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (Mon-Fri; 10pm-6:30am). While no overtime is offered during the week, there is weekend overtime available, and employees are expected to work at least one weekend day every other week.
