Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector responsible for conducting both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established criteria for key Boeing aircraft components, including the fuselage of the 737 and 787. This role requires onsite work at Daher Aero structures (formerly Triumph).
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and end-of-line inspections for Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft components.
- Ensure compliance with established inspection criteria.
- Utilize inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers for precise measurement.
- Conduct visual inspections for quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve quality issues.
Essential Skills- 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Structures Mechanic OR
- 2 years of quality inspection experience on aircraft parts OR
- Military aircraft experience
- Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong visual inspection skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with aerospace standards
- Experience using calibrated inspection tools
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and processes
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Environment
You will join a team of 80 employees working across all three shifts in a 24/7 operation. Current openings are on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri; 2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (Mon-Fri; 10pm-6:30am). While no overtime is offered during the week, there is weekend overtime available, and employees are expected to work at least one weekend day every other week.
