Dean Baldwin Painting is a 56-year-old established aircraft painting company and is looking for motivated, hardworking, and energetic individuals to fill our?Aircraft Prepper?and?Aircraft Painter?positions. We offer a?full on-the-job training program?that will teach you the skills you need for advancement and salary increases. Learn how to work on commercial narrow body and wide body aircraft. Knowledge of prep work or paint work on cars, boats, or large metal parts may start you at a higher rate.

Employees will be expected to:
Pass DOT Drug Test
Maintain Excellent Attendance
Be able to climb stairs, stand and walk 90 of Shift. Be able to lift, climb, turn, and work under physical conditions during entire shift.
Wear Respirators and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
Pay commensurate with proven experience.
Day and Night 10 hour Shifts open; night shift has $1.00 pay differential.
Overtime available
Rotating shifts *must be available weekends.
Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work.
