Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job DescriptionAs a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established inspection criteria for several critical components of Boeing aircraft, including the fuselage of the 737 and 787.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and end-of-line inspections based on established criteria.
- Ensure quality control and assurance for aircraft components.
- Utilize inspection tools and methods to verify compliance with aerospace standards.
- Document and report inspection results accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to address quality issues and improve processes.
Essential Skills- 3 years of experience working in manufacturing or as an automotive technician.
- 2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with aircraft inspection and sheet metal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with aerospace standards.
- Experience using calibrated inspection tools.
- Experience with quality assurance principles, methods, and processes.

Work Environment
Our team consists of 80 employees working 24/7 across all three shifts. You will be needed on the 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift hours are as follows: 2nd shift: Mon-Fri; 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, 3rd shift: Mon-Fri; 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM. While no overtime is offered during the week, weekend overtime is available and each individual is expected to be open to working at least one weekend day every other week.
