Repair Technician/ Inspector

We are seeking a dedicated Repair Technician/Inspector to join our team. This is a first shift position with a pay range of $19 - $23 per hour. Candidates must be available to work overtime including Saturdays when needed, and may work up to 12 hours per day, Monday through Friday. This is a direct placement opportunity within a unit specializing in a wide range of repair and overhaul services for the aviation industry, approved by FAA, EASA, CAAC, and CAAS.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and inspection of aircraft components.
• Use mechanical assembly and power tools to repair parts.
• Follow the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) for all repairs.
• Conduct oil cooler testing and troubleshooting.
• Operate testing equipment and measuring tools for inspections.
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation of all work.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proficiency in using the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).
• Experience with aircraft heat exchanger or radiator repair.
• Knowledge of oil cooler testing procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical components.
• Skilled in using testing equipment and measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.

• Experience in the aviation industry.
• FAA certification (A&P license) is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

You will be working in a temperature-controlled repair shop with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.
