We are seeking an experienced Helicopter Disassembly Sheet Metal Mechanic to support the teardown and disassembly of AH-64 Apache helicopters. This position requires expertise in structural repairs, sheet metal modifications, and component removal while ensuring compliance with all safety and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble Apache helicopter airframes, including removal of structural components, panels, and fasteners.
• Perform sheet metal repairs, modifications, and part replacements as required.
• Utilize blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings to ensure proper disassembly procedures.
• Remove and replace rivets, fasteners, and structural components with precision.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA, military, and company standards.
• Maintain an organized work area and properly document all work completed.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring instruments for disassembly tasks.
• Identify and report any structural damage or discrepancies found during disassembly.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working with hazardous materials and equipment.

• Minimum of three years of aviation sheet metal disassembly experience on aircraft.
• Proficiency in airframe disassembly, structural repairs, blueprint reading, and technical documentation.
• Experience with drilling, riveting, countersinking, and precision measuring tools.
• A&P License, Military MOS experience, or FAA Airframe Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
• 4x10 work schedule – Four 10-hour shifts per week, allowing for a three-day weekend.
