Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Interpret blueprints for F16 aircraft structural assemblies and sub-assemblies. Perform fastener layouts for sheet metal and structural assemblies. Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies for F16 aircraft. Utilize precision measuring equipment in assembly and repair processes. Apply knowledge of aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance. Perform precision drilling and reaming. Perform riveting and installation of various fasteners. Perform countersinking and part trimming. Conduct hands-on production structures build-up of fuselage components.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Must be able to interpret blueprints for F16 aircraft structures. Must have knowledge of fastener layouts. Must be able to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies. Must have knowledge of precision drilling and reaming. Must have knowledge of riveting and installation of various fasteners. Must have knowledge of countersinking and part trimming. Must be able to use precision measuring equipment. Must have knowledge of F16 aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance.
