KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Drive technical sales for KME and PE projects in collaboration with Sales, Business, and Engineering teams, ensuring opportunities are progressed to closure.
•Develop and maintain project-specific sales strategies (PSSS) and manage proposal records in SFDC throughout the sales phase.
•Monitor opportunity progress using PSSS, ensuring RAIL action items are completed and maintaining up-to-date information.
•Create and deliver sales materials and presentations in partnership with business PLMs to support customer engagements.
•Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Offering Management, Engineering, and Procurement to coordinate resources for Equipment Proposals.
•Support corporate policies including Safety, Workplace Culture, Compliance, and Diversity, ensuring adherence across project activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

•5+ years of experience in the Refining, Petrochemical or Gas Processing industries
•Process design and/or technical sales experience for heat transfer / mass transfer (e.g. distillation) technologies / products.
• 5+ years experience in technical sales, specifically with mechanical equipment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE

•Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering) from an accredited institution.
•Strong understanding of Refining, Petrochemical, and Gas Processing industries, including knowledge of local and international codes and standards; familiarity with UOPs process technologies is advantageous.
•Proficiency in database management, spreadsheets, and software tools like Acrobat, Excel, ICARUS, MS Project, and MS Word.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and solve complex problems.
•Experience in change management and collaboration across functional lines and organizations is highly desirable.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for global cross-functional teamwork.
•Willingness and ability to travel up to 10 annually.
