Job Description

Aircraft Assemblers will be responsible for large structural assembly for the Air Bus 350 XWB, specifically the fuselage section. The role involves drilling and countersinking composite and metal parts, reading metric blueprints, and following work instructions. Candidates must be familiar with aircraft parts and structural assembly and must be capable of passing a plate test during orientation. Flexibility to work any shift is required.

Essential Skills

• Experience with sheet metal and aircraft assembly
• Proficiency in drilling into composite material
• Countersinking and riveting experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with Hi-lok fasteners

Work Environment

Work in a very clean aerospace manufacturing environment with shifts available:

1st shift (7am – 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm – 11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11pm – 7:30am).

Employees work 8 hours a day and 7 days a week, with a rotation of 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off.

The work involves standing and using lifts all day, in work centers with team sizes ranging from 7-12 people. Enjoy a positive work culture, though be prepared for repetitive tasks and long hours.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.75
