Structures Mechanic - 10k Bonus + Lodging

• Pay is $40/hr on straight time and $45/hr on overtime.
• 30 days of paid lodging
• 3 months of lodging assistance (after 1st month, $1300/month)
• $10,000 bonus (paid out quarterly)
• Must have 1 year of structures/sheet metal experience
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have your own tools.
• Must be able to work any shift. (You will start on the night shift after training)
• Travel reimbursement
• There is a skills test (practical) for this position
• Language (read, write, speak, and understand English)

Duties:

• Perform a thorough inspection of aircraft structures, identifying and documenting any signs of damage or wear.
• Execute repairs and modifications on various structural components, including but not limited to wing, fuselage, and tail sections.
• Fabricate and or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
• Perform minor structural repairs on composite components, either attached or detached.
• Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations as required.
• Interpret and follow aircraft maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Assist with complex structural repairs on/off aircraft.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate repairs and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Inspect confined areas of the airframe
