- Minimum of 1 year of structural sheet metal repair/modification experience or substantiated similar experience
- Minimum of 1 year of corporate/commercial jet experience
- Completed Sheetmetal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling
- A&P license OR “A” license OR Repairman certificate is preferred
- Able to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) aircraft status
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
- Demonstrated ability to train other employees is preferred
- Ground Support Equipment Qualification may be required
- Comfortable with shift work (12 hours shifts, overnights, weekends, holidays), including nonscheduled overtime
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (if applicable)
