• Perform thorough inspection of aircraft structures, identifying and documenting any signs of damage or wear.
• Execute repairs and modifications on various structural components, including but not limited to wing, fuselage, and tail sections.
• Fabricate and or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
• Perform minor structural repairs on composite components, either attached or detached.
• Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations as required.
• Interpret and follow aircraft maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Assist with complex structural repairs on/off aircraft.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate repairs and compliance with aviation regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of structures experience in an MRO environment 
• Must have your own Tools & Tool Box
• Must be able to work any shift
• Current work is on Boeing 737, 757, 787 aircraft 
• Must pass DOT DS, BG, and 5 years of VOE
