The team is committed to serving the regional aviation market and becoming a platform for growth in the industry.16 note-2-tail maintenance lines where we perform Heavy Maintenance, C & D-Check operations on our fleet or regional aircraft. The 200,000 sq ft hanger is climate-controlled! Job Duties:

• Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures, participate in 5-S activities and perform work in a safe and timely manner.

• Remove / install aircraft components as required

• Fabricate and or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts

• Perform minor structural repairs on composite components either attached or detached

• Assist in conducting hidden damage inspection of aircraft structures

• Assist with complex structural repairs either on or off aircraft

• Operate ground support equipment if required

• Assist with aircraft component repair

• Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations as required

• Assist in wing removal as required

• Inspect confined areas of airframe

• Assist in designing, modifying and welding metal fixtures as required

• Assist in providing time estimates as required

Shifts:

• 1st shift:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.  Start 6:30 AM.
• 1st shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday off.  Start 6:30 AM.
• 2nd shift: Work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday off. Start 6:30 PM.
• 2^nd shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday off.  Start 6:30pm.

• Minimum of 1 year of structural sheet metal repair / modification experience or substantiated similar experience
• A&P license NOT REQUIRED

• A&P license OR “A” license OR Repairman certificate is preferred

• No specific platform required

• Able to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings

• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) aircraft status

• Comfortable with shift work (12 hours shifts, overnights, weekends, holidays), including nonscheduled overtime
