Academy Offering:
Our comprehensive, paid training program is designed for individuals from all backgrounds, focusing on practical skills and real-world applications. The program is designed for individuals who are hands-on problem solvers and display manual dexterity. We will introduce you to the art of sheet metal.
Our industry experts will introduce Academy students to: aviation maintenance, safety protocols, aerospace hand tools, non-destructive testing, and how to perform hands-on structural (sheet metal) repairs.
Academy members will be compensated and receive full benefits during the 8-week training program, to ensure a focus on learning without any financial worries. The anticipated hours are Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, day shift.
Required to succeed:
- Successfully pass a drug test, a criminal background check and a physical exam.
- Possess the following qualities:
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Follow instructions given.
- Able to work with checklists.
- Demonstrate precision in how you think and work with your hands and/or /tools.
- Possess curiosity for mechanical parts & features.
- Must be comfortable with shift work.
