WHO YOU ARE
You are a mechanic with at least 3 years of experience that wants to work at test operations that is a crucial part of our process to test helicopter components.

Key Responsibilities:
•Perform a variety of test operations.
•Install components into a machine.
•Test the items through a documented process.
•Take data per the process.
•Inspect the item or items per the appropriate document.
•Remove component and send the item back to the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of working in a mechanical, construction or automotive or related field

Skills: Strong use of common hand tools, torque wrenches, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Knowledge: Basic computer skills, and ability to work in with a small group.

Education: High School Diploma

Requirement: This is a safety-sensitive job covered by the U.S. DOT’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations require that you participate in a drug testing program for the following drugs: Marijuana - Opioids - Cocaine - Amphetamines - Phencyclidine or a metabolite of these drugs.
Desired Skills:
Willing to work in a small group. Must be willing to fit into tight spaces.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
