You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the welds, as well as meeting production targets. You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor and youll work out of our Columbus, OH location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes by producing high-quality welds and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding operations
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

• Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME)
• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
