Job Summary:
STS Technical Services is seeking experienced Welders for direct hire positions in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. Join a reputable company and enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Position Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment to build high-quality parts and finished products.
- Perform welds in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Use overhead cranes to maneuver parts.
- Follow blueprints and verbal/written instructions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $21 – $24.65/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Premiums: Available for 2nd & 3rd shifts
- Overtime: Potentially available on Saturdays and Sundays
- Merit Reviews: Twice yearly, up to $0.60/hour increases
- Annual Performance Bonus: 5 goal
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $10k annually

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months welding experience (education or work)
- Preferred: Welding Certification and 1+ years of welding experience in manufacturing
Shifts:
- 2nd shift: 4pm-2am
- 3rd shift: 7:30pm-5:30am or 8pm-6am
