Position: A&P Mechanic Supervisor - Peru, IN

Job Description & Requirements:
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 10 years of A&P experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or lead position preferred.
- Proficient towing/marshaling large aircraft and supervising towing operations.
- Aircraft Line and Hanger Maintenance experience including the troubleshooting and repair of airframe and aircraft systems including sheet metal repairs, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, fuel systems.
- Beneficial to maintain completed General Familiarization for as many of the following as possible: B747-400/800, B777, B767, B757, B737-800, A300-600, A319/20/21, CRJ / regional type aircraft.
- Operation of ground equipment used in towing, man lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct aircraft maintenance, ensuring cost-effective, reliable maintenance operations while adhering to policies, procedures, and all regulations.
- Manage mechanics in overall maintenance operation, adhering to regulations and company/airline policies and procedures.
- Thoroughly familiar with FAA regulations, Company Policies and Procedures that are relative to the scope of the Aircraft Maintenance Departments assigned duties and keeping assigned personnel aware of the policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Aircraft maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Airframe & Powerplant License (Required)
