The Advanced Effectors and Space Finance team within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to help lead the financial management & oversight of a portfolio of contracts. The selected person will partner with the portfolio finance director, Program Management, & Functional key team members to ensure flawless program implementation through cost & schedule control and EVMS compliance. You will also be responsible for driving the portfolios’ FP&A cadence, as well as oversee NBI and capture budget planning and cost management.

This position is being offered in a fully onsite capacity in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
- Provide key recommendations to senior key team members based on analysis that enhances value for all stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain EVMS being innovative in implementation of RMD practices, policies & standards to meet customer requirements with minimal tools support due to limited program access.
- Develop monthly forecasts, AOP & LRP in partnership with functional partners; providing tactical support of forecasts and plans using various financial tools (RPlan, SAP, BW, Excel).
- Meet internal & external deliveries with flawless work product, providing predictable financial forecasts, briefing program & finance key team members in advance of resolution making, providing financial strategies in proposals & contract negotiations.
- Finance delegate for proposals, gate reviews, and heading up strategic discussions with the program regarding profit; discussing fee and favorable criteria to drive a fair assessment of Raytheon’s work to encourage the best outcome for the business.
- Evaluate and improve internal controls, tools and processes.
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 program control analysts.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics and 8 years applicable work experience in Financial Management/Leadership; OR an advanced degree and 5 years of applicable work experience in Financial Management//Leadership.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Program Controls.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience implementing Earned Value Management, delivering IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report) & CSDR (Cost & Software Data Reporting).
- Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of administration both verbally and in written form, framing and interpreting issues for Senior Management.
- Comfortable in a highly visible position; organizing, preparing and presenting briefings to customers, administration and peers.
- Experience recognizing process shortfalls and successfully implementing positive change.

- This position is grade M4, Program Controls Manager.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
