Job Description:
MISSION
Within the “Programs” department, the jobholder is reporting to the Head of Integrated Planning and is responsible for the following areas:
- Integrated planning activities within ATR:
- Integrated Planning management
- Aircraft re-allocation studies
- Proactive Constraints Management (PCM-1)
- E2E Planning synchronization with Plan de Production, Material Planning and Short-terms activities (Execution Control)
- Work in collaboration with all involved stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Engineering Procurement, etc ...) to secure consistent scenario and adherence mindset.
ACTIVITES
- Consolidates detailed aircraft planning starting from aircraft allocation to its delivery, by collecting data from all ATR departments
- Give an overview and one source of truth to all ATR functions, to manage and respect agreed planning dates & key milestones
- In case of identified risks or planning deviations, integrated planner performs an escalation process and asks for a recovery plan
- Collects and consolidates all PCM-1 constraints from all departments and functions, to give an overview of aircraft status before FAL entry
- Proactively monitor aircraft constraints before production start (FAL A), and identify potential issues that would delay the production process.
- For identified risks, address and follow-up corrective actions.
- Based on aircraft status and constraints, PCM-1 leader can propose an alternative scenario for MSN production order for FAL entry
PROFIL
- at least 15 years of experience in aeronautics
- Good knowledge in Planning Process and methodology, aircraft customization, configuration management and supply activities
- Fluent in French & English, Italian is a plus
- IT: MS Office, Excel, MS Projects (&43;&43;), any other Planning Management Tool (Primavera, Orchestra), APC Jaguar, Tactical module, SAP
“Hands-on” ability on Planning tool such as MSP is a must-have.

- Good coordination capacity and synthesis skills, particularly in multi-functional environment
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, creativity, team player mindset and persuasive leadership to foster adherence mindset amongst stakeholders
