Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining/increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the OEM channels. Accountable for executing assigned sales goals and sales plans within designated customers and/or within a designated sales territory. Provides direction to facilitate accomplishment of open requirements related to new business development and successful completion of program goals and objectives. Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements. Actively supports the corporations Win Strategy.
Works with customers, suppliers and interfaces with Quality, Production, Marketing and other related departments. Provides direction as necessary to ensure successful program milestones are achieved. Represents company at trade shows and other professional activities. Reports to Business Development Manager.
