Job Description:

Tasks

Contract Management:

  • Manage Customer MRO contracts and serve as primary contact for inquiries
  • Recalculate long-term MRO contracts and set performance targets
  • Initiate changes, lead negotiations
  • Resolve disputes

Commercial Management:

  • Make commercial decisions
  • Create business quotes and focus on upselling
  • Influence and sell MRO solutions to drive profitability
  • Approve invoices and ensure revenue targets are met

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Serve as a Customer Ambassador to maintain high satisfaction levels

Performance Reporting:

  • Analyze contractual KPIs and review performance measures
  • Organize performance reports and meetings
  • Provide detailed insights and recommendations

Profitability and Continuous Improvement:

  • Increase contract profitability and meet financial targets
  • Continuously improve the Landing Gear MRO product

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and support team members
  • Foster a collaborative team environment

All duties must comply with Safety and Environmental Regulations and Company Procedures.

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
  • Experience in MRO account management, preferably in aerospace or aviation Knowledge of MRO contracts, financial performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
  • Informed commercial decision-making within limits
  • Proficient in performance report analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer relationship management and continuous improvement
  • Multi-tasking, consultative selling, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Customer-centric, adaptable, and collaborative team player
  • Corporate/commercial awareness for face-to-face interactions
  • Competent under pressure, meeting deadlines, and problem-solving
  • Flexible and culturally aware with innovative management skills
