The Air Dominance Execution Organization is seeking to hire a Production Program Manager. This position will report directly to the Production Director, as part of the Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) SBU and the Air Dominance Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) in Tucson, Arizona.
The Program Manager will have the responsibility and accountability for the profit/loss of the program and be accountable for the AOP and EAC. The Production Program Manager is responsible for the on-time delivery of all the missile assemblies, supplier material, leading the internal matrix organization, and creation of clear communication regarding the program status. The ideal candidate would be energetic, reliable and driven by excellence.
This position is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Relocation is not available.
What You Will Do:
Detailed planning and executing the production schedule, material strategies, close coordination with engineering, and proposal strategies for follow on production contracts.
Create and execute plans with ability to manage those initiatives throughout the full execution, including wide ranging, and in-depth experiences and agilities in large scale production efforts.
Clear and direct communication with internal functions and customer interests both domestic and international.
Manage production changes including engineering activities, qualification, and integration processes.
Lead diverse teams across broad areas of expertise.
Develop strategies for increasing production capacity, the seamless creation of additional production infrastructure that delivers the customer the affordable missile they seek.
Profit/Loss accountability and execution driven to AOP.
Utilize knowledge of EX/IM and security to drive compliance.
Manage SEPM budget for production contracts.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree 12 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience and knowledge with AMRAAM.
Experience working government programs (large/complex) with Direct Customer interfaces, both internal and external, including a broad international supply base.
CORE or process improvement certification.
Knowledge of Offsets.
Knowledge of EAC Process.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
