Job Responsibilities
Flight/Aircraft Operations
Aircraft load planning, weight & balance calculations
Load handling and AAMS prediction/key entry
30days and 90days paperwork are filed accordingly
Crew Administrations
Flight to be depart on time schedule.
Warehouse Operations
Coordinate Build-up/breakdown for Cargo and IP
ULD serviceability checks are conducted prior to build up and after breakdown
Required in/outbound shipment documents are uplifted on flights
Ramp Operations
Coordination of loading and unloading of aircraft uplifted on flight
All times safety procedures are observed and complied with
Shipment documents are uplifted on flight
Flight paperwork are handed to crew in a timely manner
Ramp Vendor Audit ready
Safety of Aircraft and Ramp complied.
Service Review
Administrative
DG Updates / Addendum / DG enquires
IATA DG Auditor
Gateway Comms Log
Monitoring Flight Schedule / Slots approval
Coordinate with TPE ASC/VENDOR/ACMX/2Y
Staff Administration
Job Requirements
Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ level or Higher
Preferred Aviation/Ground Handling experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work within time constraints and unsupervised
Ability to work different shifts with various start and finish times
Must be computer literate
Physically fit
Current driver’s license essential
No criminal record, familiar with airport rules and regulations
