Our Airbus Atlantic site based in Rochefort is looking for its future: CAPEX Manager (All Gender).

We offer a challenging job within the Production plant support team, with 20 members, reporting to the head of Production Plant Support. 

Your main role consists in the coordination of the investment activities for the Aerostructure department. 

You will work with all departments (industry, programs, masterplan, facility management, engineering…) to ensure the completion of the investment yearly program. The CAPEX Manager will have to respect the overall budget by dealing with properties and suggesting compensation plans to do so.

Your mission

• Plan and manage investment projects and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders in order to achieve the yearly objectives;

• Manage and carry out complete budgeting (estimation, control and monitoring);

• Hold regular project team meetings;

• Regularly present the status of the project, the evolution of the cash phasing and, whenever necessary, report blocking points to the management;

• Prepare monthly reports and project monitoring indicators;

• Follow up of the launch of depreciation for the asset;

• Propose improvement to enhance the process.

• You justify more than 5 years of experience in the field of industrial performance or finance management.

• You are recognized for your cross-functional skills in project management and budget management.

• You are autonomous and skilled in SAP and Google suite.

• Your curiosity, autonomy and your rigour will be strengths to succeed in this position

• You enjoy working in an agile environment where you will be able to show ownership, you will be able to share your ideas and actively participate in project development.

• You are committed to work in a team and express yourself clearly to adapt your communication according to your audience.

Your English level is: proficient, and French: fluent.

Rochefort: The Airbus Atlantic site in Rochefort (17) specializes in the assembly of fuselage elements for the A320, A330, A350, A400M, F8X and G7500 families. It also produces pilot seats for commercial aircraft for all Airbus programs, for business aircraft, military aircraft as well as civil and military helicopters. Finally, it designs and manufactures passenger seats for First and Business Class commercialized as STELIA Aerospace brand.
