As Avio Aero Site Quality System Leader you will manage, ensure and improve capabilities to comply with external standards and regulations.
In this role you will demonstrate to the Organization continued alignment of MRO & New Make Quality System process and procedures with respect to Industry Standards and Authorities requirements and prescriptions. In such sense, you will interact with the rest of the Organization in Brindisi in order to assure that all aspects are aligned to the applicable conformities. Essential Responsibilities
Maintain Quality System currencies and standards with respect of applicable rules and EASA/EMAR P145 requirements
Collaborate with Certification Office to keep alignment of Quality System standards vs EASA P21G
Assure continuing currency of certified staff and operators
Manage stamps control and qualification of certified / qualified personnel in the site
Define the site audit plan for MRO, supporting internal and external (Customers, Control Authorities and Certification Bodies) audits in the site
Collaborate with QS-Audit and Certification in definition and execution of New Make audit plan
Support Internal audits activity and manage relevant finding and corrective actions
Support standardization process between different AvioAero MRO plants
Support the Quality Manager in the preparation of the Management Review in order to verify QMS continuous suitability, adequacy and effectiveness
Optimize, standardize, and lean the current Quality System array across all the sites, in term of Procedures and Instructions
Support the adoption and sharing of quality standard work and methods among different plants
Qualifications/Requirements
Masters Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Aeronautical
Proven experience in Quality System
Aviation Experience
Consolidated experience in Quality System arrays and modification management both in Commercial and Military application
Knowledge of UN9100 and/or UN9110
Fluent in both Italian and written English languages
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Knowledge of EMAR 145 and 21G, AQAP2310
Knowledge of EASA Part 21G and Part 145 Regulatory framework
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven analytical abilities
Lean six sigma experience
