We are looking for a CAPEX Manager to work for the Customer Services area.

Responsibilities - your mission:

  • Preparation and implementation of Capex MFTs to obtain S MFT leader validation & the associated fundings

  • Supporting Customer service CAPEX Project managers to get Capex approval by preparing, implementing project Capex dossier before Capex MFT submission

  • Organization and Coordination of internal Capex project reviews (deadlines, costs, etc.)

  • Preparation and participation in planning events (operative planning; budget planning, master plan reviews and forecasts)

  • Reporting and controlling of the CAPEX dossiers in collaboration with CAPEX project managers & finance team are meeting the S CAPEX targets

  • Create and maintain dashboard and reporting to get a clear picture on CAPEX progress on monthly basis (project management database and CAPEX tool update)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in improvement projects or project management or multi function coordination

  • Experience in supply chain, production or Manufacturing 

  • Finance basics (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast..) 

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to manage stakeholders 

  • Ability to analyze and summarize 

  • Assertiveness and the ability to influence others 

  • Autonomy 

  • English: advanced level
