Managed Aircraft Charter Quoting Manager Opportunity with Vista America- Utilize your written and verbal skills to support the optimization of our charter business operations within the Managed Aircraft fleet.

Responsibilities as a Charter Quoting Manager:

• Quote charter trip opportunities on the Managed Aircraft fleet.
• Communicating with Owners and Owners Reps when Owner Approval is required before a trip is confirmed
• Provide reports to EVP of Managed Aircraft as assigned
• Review and understand each Managed Aircraft contract and the commercial agreement between the Vista America and the owner
• Ensure that the Managed Aircraft are always being seen in different spanetplaces and proactively listing aircraft availability in as many places as possible for charter.

Required Experience:

• Great communication skills both written and verbal as this role will be interacting with Owners and Owners Reps for getting aircraft availability and pricing approved
• Experience with software tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce and FOS Scheduling Software will be extremely beneficial
• Needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Charter Sales Experience preferred
