Description:As the Director of Classified Cyber Security, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring compliance with government and company security regulations within the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works). You will oversee cyber security operations across classified technology platforms, focusing on recruiting and retaining top talent while maintaining strong relationships with government and customer security agencies. Your leadership will be crucial in sustaining secure operations, facilitating efficient system accreditations, and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the classified cyber security team for Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works), ensuring full compliance with government and company security requirements.
-Develop, implement, and manage cyber security operations for classified technology platforms to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
-Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in classified cyber security, fostering a skilled team that effectively addresses secure operations and emerging threats.
-Interface with multiple government and customer security agencies to ensure compliance with various regulations, including Department of Defense collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), as well as frameworks such as NISPOM and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
-Oversee a senior team responsible for establishing and implementing security processes across various operating systems and classified environments.
-Develop strategic partnerships with customer security agency representatives and collaborate with enterprise IT senior management to align cyber security practices with broader business objectives.
-Enable business growth by accelerating the deployment of classified systems and maintaining critical system accreditations to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in classified cyber security, with a deep understanding of security requirements and government interfacing.
-Broad knowledge of security information system authorization standards and processes, including DoD collateral, Special Access, and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments (e.g., NISPOM, DAAPM, JSIG, RMF).
-Proven ability to plan and implement security domains, including emerging service areas like Cloud Computing and DevSecOps.
-Excellent strategic organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:
∙ Demonstrated executive leadership skills
∙ Demonstrated experience with talent recruitment, development, and management for a large team across multiple locations
∙ Experience successfully interfacing with internal/external customers (DCSA, AO/DAO, GCAs, IT, Program Managers, Cyber Engineering, etc.)
∙ Experience performing IT risk analysis and mitigation implementation strategies
∙ Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment
∙ Special Access Program (SAP) program Experience
Desired Skills:
∙ Currently possess an active (cannot be expired) DoD 8570.01-M IAM level III certified credentials (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GSLC)
∙ A minimum of 10 years related experience in the classified cyber field with 5 years leadership experience
∙ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program Experience
∙ Recognized cloud proficiency (CISSP, AWS, CSA, CompTIA Cloud+, CCSK or others)
∙ Specific working knowledge of current government compliance documents across the DoD and Special Access Program customer base.
∙ Knowledge of other security and information assurance disciplines and how they impact and interact with information systems security
∙ Strategic Planner
∙ Demonstrated project management skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 - $300,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
