Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Defense Security Manager (f/m) to join our Corporate Security Department based in Marignane, France.

Your challenges:Ensures the dissemination of Defense National and International rules and regulations and coordinates the implementation of instructions in order to comply to all AH Security commitment signed with Government or due to AH legal sites statut and applicable regulations.
Ensures the knowledge and proper application of defense and security planning within the company, through awareness-raising and training actions. Developt and update specific Defense training;
Ensures the implementation of Defense rules in other internal stakeholder processes and ensure that Coporate Security is involved at the right process gate to provide Security inputs.
Advises and support all departmentswho are dealing with military matters as Sales and Offers, Desing office, Offset, procurement, eg… ;
Participate to dedicated workshops, within the framework set by the Ministry of Defense.
Write and follow-up the “Plan de Sécurité Opérateur” (PSO)
Participate to dedicated AIRBUS group stream
Support all subsidiaries dealing with military activities.
Follow-up and update the official listing of useful authorities.
Follow-up the AH Facility Security Clearence.
As part of your duties, you will be in contact with authorities in France and internationally.
Frequent travel is to be expected, in France and internationally.
Your profile:You have &43;10 years of professional experience internationally, ideally in the field of Defense contract, National and International rules & regulations.
You have a good knowledge of National & International Security Regulations to be applied in the world of defense markets and industry.
An experienced manager, you are comfortable with a matrix organization.
Force of proposal, you are recognized for your ability to gain heights as well as for your strategic vision.
A professional level of English is essential for this position. German and / or Spanish would be a plus
This position requires personal clearance at French national defense “TRES SECRET”.
