Known internally as an Analyst, Cargo Digital Distribution, you’ll be the key point of contact for digital distribution channels, supporting both operational and tactical functions. You will play a crucial role in managing and resolving digital customer journey issues, optimizing digital adoption initiatives, and driving business-critical projects. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, system enhancements, data-driven decision-making, and supporting digital expansion across multiple spanets. Additionally, you will act as a deputy for the Manager, Cargo Digital Distribution, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration across teams and external partners.
  • Lead and mentor internal teams as the go-to expert for digital distribution platforms, proactively resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to digital customer journeys and contributing to overall business efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize digital adoption trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring seamless customer journeys through targeted training and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Cargo Technology, Customer Service, and external vendors, to resolve technical incidents and drive timely, efficient solution.
  • Own and deliver digital distribution projects, including new products, functionalities, and process improvements, to enhance digital adoption and drive efficiencies.
  • Analyse and track digital adoption metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimize platform performance and accelerate growth.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Optimization to resolve rate queries, mitigate revenue leakage, and ensure pricing strategies align with digital goals.
  • Lead mindset shift initiatives to drive higher digital adoption, influencing both internal teams and external customers to embrace digital solutions for greater business impact.

Alongside the above, we’re looking for the following:
  • Proven experience in either air cargo, e-commerce, or digital channel optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process optimization.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including technology suppliers, customers, sales teams, and senior management.
  • Experience in change management and project delivery, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to automate tasks and processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical language into clear business communications.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Previous experience in system change management and digital adoption strategies (preferred but not essential).
