Role Introduction
Reports to: Head of Digital Product – Delivery
This role is part of our Digital Experience Department (DEX) which dedicates to providing our customers with exceptional digital experiences that are seamlessly integrated into our brand.
As the Digital Product Delivery Manager, you will support the transformation of our product delivery practices for faster, more efficient digital solutions that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
You will implement and evolve our Product Operating Model, promoting agility and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include implementing delivery frameworks, coaching teams, facilitating key ceremonies, and driving improvements in practices. Collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders, youll optimize processes and eliminate barriers to success.
Youll define metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities, focusing on coaching product teams to establish effective programs and feedback loops, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance delivery practices and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and evolution of the Product Operating Model across digital product teams
- Establish and maintain delivery frameworks that balance speed, quality, and business value
- Coach product teams in agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate key ceremonies including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Managers to optimize backlog management and delivery prioritization
- Drive the adoption of delivery best practices across the organization
- Monitor and analyse team metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove impediments
- Lead organizational change initiatives related to product delivery practices
- Establish and track KPIs across delivery efficiency, team health, and product quality
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product delivery or agile coaching roles
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Product Operating Models and agile delivery frameworks
- Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing product teams
- Experience with agile collaboration tools and delivery metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellence in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
