In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Pricing & Estimating and collaborate with various internal business area customers to deliver functional pricing support. You will lead the managers of the business area pricing teams, who are responsible for creating a wide range of proposal types, including US DoD Sole Source, Competitive, Commercial, and Foreign Direct Commercial Sales. Additionally, you will work with other pricing leaders to evolve tools and processes and ensure proposal compliance. You will collaborate directly with other functional leaders in Supply Chain, Contracts, and Programs on pricing matters.
Your responsibilities will include fostering high levels of employee engagement and identifying areas for skill development within the organization. Together with your teams, you will pinpoint opportunities for process improvement, develop solutions, and implement them. You will contribute significantly to the organizations charter, positioning it to support the companys substantial growth trajectory.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Working knowledge of pricing for Government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards and Service Contract Act (SCA)
- Must have an in depth working knowledge of developing and maintaining a compliant Estimating System
- Must interface efficiently with DCAA on proposal audit and Estimating System inquiries
- A self-starter, quick learner, and independent work style which requires minimal supervision
- Initiate special projects that could include efforts to explore process and technology opportunities, look for new approaches, solve known problems, etc.
- Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, and succession planning
- Ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, challenge status quo, and demonstrate ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly express concepts in verbal and written forms
- Ability to navigate change and uncertainty, make defensible decisions in ambiguity and own those decisions
- Experience in the US DoD sole source FAR15 contracting environment
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
