About Life Flight Network

Life Flight Network (LFN) is a not-for-profit patient transport service providing helicopter, fixed-wing, and ground ambulance transport throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. LFN’s mission is saving lives with industry-leading care and transport and for over 45 years, LFN has provided award-winning service and support to patients, hospitals, and EMS, ensuring all patients receive the highest quality care and transport. This commitment to excellence aligns with the values of Life Flight Network’s owner consortium of non-profit, world-class healthcare systems.

LFN prioritizes placing lifesaving air medical resources in rural communities that are often underfunded and overlooked, providing a much-needed lifeline to specialty care and emergency resources. LFN’s aircraft are staffed 24/7/365 with board-certified flight registered nurses, paramedics, or registered respiratory therapists. When time is of the essence, LFN teams’ ability to respond rapidly means they can be to a patient’s side in minutes, improving patient outcomes. LFN safely transports over 15,000 critically ill or injured patients per year, including more than 1700 neonatal and/or pediatric patients.

From the mountains of Montana and the backcountry of Idaho to the plains of Washington and the Oregon coastline, LFN’s services are vital to the regions they support. LFN employees live and work in these communities, and residents and visitors alike entrust LFN to come to their aid when they are needed most.

Every employee at LFN is dedicated to saving lives by providing exceptional, safe, and expeditious ICU-level care and transport. Being a member of LFN’s esteemed team means embarking on a career defined by distinction, pride, compassion, and unwavering service. LFN’s team members are a group of dedicated professionals who thrive in a high-octane, collaborative environment. Their collective brilliance shines as they come together to make a difference in the communities they serve.
