RemoteWe are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Functional Leader to lead and manage a digital organization supporting the Plan to Deliver & Source to Pay value streams. As an ERP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our operations and supply chain (plan to deliver & source to pay) SAP S/4HANA transformation and ensuring its effective implementation and optimization. Your expertise in operational plan to deliver
& source to pay processes, system design, and configuration. Executive communication will be essential in streamlining our plan to deliver & source to pay operations and enabling data-driven decision-making. This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical proficiency, keen understanding of business process and requirements, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across business units and functions.
This position will need to have the ability to consult, influence, and provide oversight that will create an enterprise viewpoint that supports RTX Corporate, Pratt, Collins, & Raytheon. This position will be in a direct partner with the RTX business process executive lead for Plan to Deliver & Source to Pay.

What YOU will do:
You will lead the Digital Technology activities for the Plan to Deliver & Source to Pay workstream of the RTX ERP Transformation program.
You will facilitate creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
You will evaluate options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
You will identify high value improvement opportunities within P2D & S2P functions and lead the design of a future-state landscape of digital solutions and processes changes to deliver this value.
You will coordinate across business units and functions in documenting options and decision-making criteria.
You will evaluate technical solutions and make recommendations based on functional requirements, compliance, and technical constraints, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
You will ensure compliance with operational regulations, contractual obligations, and internal controls.
You will communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of critical and strategic importance to the organization. Frequently conduct briefings to executives both within and outside of the ERP Transformation program.
You will be responsible for successful delivery within each phase of the program:
Blueprint – detailed design for P2D & S2P processes, utilizing best practices and maximizing process harmonization opportunities; evaluation of gaps and making scope decisions
Build – guide an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of P2D & S2P system capabilities.
Testing – oversee the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
Cutover & Hypercare – ensure successful migration from legacy systems to new environments. Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 18 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or supply chain, information technology or a related role, with a strong focus on application solutions and design.
ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
Strong understanding of processes, principles, government regulations, reporting requirements. Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify system issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
Familiarity with financial regulations, controls, and security measures. Experience implementing and maintaining compliance standards within an ERP system.

The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
