This is a pivotal role in the Sales, Marketing & Customers team at StandardAero, responsible for driving the successful execution of the sales operating rhythm for Commercial Engine Services, with a focus on the large fans (e.g. LEAP, CFM56 etc.) and Asset Management (PTS Aviation). This role ensures the integration of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, manages the sales pipeline, and oversees the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Additionally, the Director will support the SVP Sales & Marketing with the development of our sales strategy and the development of key sales enablers to support our growth efforts (e.g. engine exchange).
Responsibilities
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with business goals and support executive reporting requirements.
- Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning (SIOP) Process Integration: Integrate SIOP processes to synchronize sales, inventory, and operations planning in collaboration with individual business units.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- CRM Management: Manage and enhance the CRM system to improve sales efficiency and customer insights. Identify additional tools and enhancements that drive sales performance and partner with IT to deliver.
- Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Asset Management Integration: Align the operating rhythm of our the PTS Aviation Asset Management organization with our large fan sales efforts to ensure each becomes a key enabler to the other (e.g. engine exchanges enabling MRO work)

Position Requirements & Preferences
- 10 years relevant aviation experience minimum, preferably in aftermarket services
- Demonstrated business acumen, ability to generate business cases and execute financial plans
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent education/experience; MBA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems, preferably including administrative level usage.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an eye for detail
- A commitment to a high-performance culture with emphasis on continuous improvement
- Strong project management skills
- Unyielding integrity & ability to maintain composure in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment
