Position Summary
Our CADE Division (Cylinder & Accumulator Division Europe) includes 6 sites in Europe (Italy, Sweden, Poland, Germany, the UK, and France) with 330 employees. We are looking for a Division Operations Manager to coordinate all of our 6 sites. You will work under the responsibility of the General Manager and will be required to travel regularly to our sites.

Position Summary
Accountable for an operation within a Division to achieve results identified by the Corporations WIN Strategy and Division Strategy Deployment goals. Leads a team of empowered employees to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations
Roles & Responsibilities
- To profitably grow the business and achieve Division and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly and annually. Works with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products and services
- Establishes and maintains premier customer service
- Leads strategy deployment for the operation concentrating on Lean Initiatives and Sales growth.
- Accountable for driving Lean Initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented
- Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics
- Develops a budget plan and manages operation within budget constraint
- Maintains familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility
- Represents the operation at the Business Unit and Division levels
- Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development. Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management
Education & Experience
- Ideal candidate has 8 or more years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 4 or more years of experience in a leadership role
- Previous work experience ideally includes experience in business and operational processes
- 4 year university degree (or international equivalent) required; Ideal candidate has studied Business or Engineering with a strong background in finance
- Ideal candidate is working towards or has completed a Master’s degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related areas of study preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities
- Must have functional understanding of cost accounting and adopt to practical application
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts
- Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprises principles and practices.
