Job Summary
The ACAA’s Employee Experience Manager will report to the Director, Talent Development, the Employee Experience Manager manages the organizational performance review cycle including performance evaluations, competencies assessments, and succession planning process. He/she also manages the employee experience journey, including New Hire Orientation and employee recognition/engagement programs.
Here is how the Employee Experience Manager will help:
- Manages performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
- Conducts talent review calibration meetings with leaders to ensure governance over performance review scoring within the organization.
- Leads the continuous improvement of the onboarding program to accelerate employee engagement and learning.
- Create detailed on-boarding plans for new Department and Senior Leadership employees.
- Driving employee engagement to create an environment that attracts and retains talent through a sought-after work culture.
- Develop an understanding of employee perspectives and promote positive employee relations through a variety of programs including surveys, discussions, and employee recognition programs.
- Manage development of new hire care programs in conjunction with the Employee Relations Manager to ensure new employees are adjusting to their position and are receiving the necessary tools to succeed in their new role.
- Partner with HRMS Manager to identify and conduct analytics to support program recommendations or solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to innovative ways that drive workforce engagement.
- Communicate all position details and necessary documents required with new hire; answer any questions before orientation.
- Liaise with Information Technology to create necessary accounts for new employees (e.g., Concur, JDEdwards).
- Performs other related tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications
Requirements to apply for the role of Employee Experience Manager are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
- 5 years of related experience at the management level in performance management programs, learning and development, and organizational succession management.
- Experience in project management, process improvement and vendor management.
- Experience with Cornerstone On Demand Performance Management, Success Management, and Learning Management Modules a plus.
- Current, valid Pennsylvania Class C driver’s license or ability to obtain and maintain the same.
