THE WORK

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Enterprise Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or a related field, with a preference for experience in aerospace and defense simulation on multiple platforms. The candidate should have a proven track record in program management, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources. They should also have experience in developing and implementing process documents to standardize processes, as well as a history of system engineering and sustainment for training devices.

The successful candidate should have experience in working with documentation control and engineering to develop procedures, as well as training and leading teams. Additionally, they should have experience in working with field engineers in software and hardware retrofits.

The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a strong attention to detail.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
